The Shimano Butterfly Jigs are the key component to the entire Shimano Butterfly Jigging System. The unique 3-D shape of the Regular Butterfly Jig produces a spiral, darting action on the retrieve, whereas the Long Butterfly Jig’s asymmetrical shape creates an incredible side to side movement on the retrieve and a unique roll-wobble action on the fall. The specialized center of gravity weight system on the long jigs makes them dart long distances with every retrieve, displaying an exaggerated horizontal presentation for suspending fish.
