Shimano Tiagra Reels offer big game anglers the world over the ulitmate offshore reel! The new series of Shimano Tiagra Reels feature a newly improved Ratcheting Lever Drag System, eliminating the chance of the Shimano Tiagra Reel's drag lever backing off due to boat vibration and allows for more precise drag adjustments, an improved 2-speed gearing system, chrome plated sideplate screws to eliminate corrosion. In addition, Shimano Tiagra Reels feature the addition of an Offset Ergonomic Power Grip Handle (not available on the TI-12 or TI-16) for more leverage when "grinding" on a big one.
