Melton International Tackle currently only charges sales tax on orders with a ship-to addresses in California.

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 72 business hours, Monday through Friday. In many instances, orders ship sooner.
All orders are shipped via FedEx with the exception being, APO or military addresses which ship via USPS. For FedEx shipments, Melton International Tackle reserves the right to utilize any delivery method to meet our delivery commitment to you. Delivery methods are as follows:

Melton International Tackle Gift Cards can be purchased HERE. Gift cards can be purchased up to $2000 USD online and in any amount for orders placed over the phone. Gift cards can be redeemed on retail, phone and online orders. Gift cards redeemed online must be accompanied with credit card information should the amount required be greater than the remaining balance on the gift card. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Melton International Tackle reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Not having control over the use of the products in this catalog, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use these products.
Backorders occur when we are out of stock of certain item(s) that a customer may order. Melton Tackle only backorders items for domestic shipments. Backorder deliveries incur no additional shipping charges to the customer. Orders delivered outside the United States will have in-stock items shipped and out of stock items cancelled. Melton Tackle only accepts domestic backorders when the total value of the merchandise exceeds $15.00. Melton Tackle only allows one backorder shipment per order placed.
The price of your order does not contain taxes and duties owed on your order. All recipients of international shipments from Melton Tackle are responsible for any local import duties that may be charged. As with any international shipment, your local customs office may detain the merchandise and delay its arrival while accessing appropriate duty charges. Taxes differ in each country so unfortunately we cannot tell you the exact tax rate in your country.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service dept within 21 days of receipt for a return authorization. Returns/Exchanges without authorization WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Returns/Exchanges after 21 days of original receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition. Some items (such as electronics, recording devices, gyro binoclulars) are subject to a restocking fee and/or not eligible for return due to the nature of the item.
