The Dredge Master 400 features a solid aluminum shaft to handle the extraordinary amounts of weight and features a swivel roller tip with a 2 1/2 inch roller that spins effortlessly on two stainless steel bearings. The swivel head has a large stainless steel bearing for rotation and a thrust bearing with 1,910 lbs. of load capacity for silky smooth operation. Additionally, the roller is machined for 400 lb. monofilament line which is being used to pull these Dredges. Because of the strength of this product, Dredges and other heavy lures may also be pulled to the side rather than directly off the transom, giving the lures a wider spread. The Dredge Master is available in two sizes. The DM-4 is designed to fit into a UB-4, 80 lb. class rod butt while the DM-6 is designed to fit into a UB-6, 130 lb. class rod butt. Both sizes lock into the rod butt with a collet nut.
*The Dredge Master 400 may also be ordered with either an 80 or 130 lb. class Black anodized curved butt.
