The water and stain resistant process is reactivated with heat, so ironing or extra drying in the permanent press cycle maintains it's effectiveness. AFTCO Bluewater Men's Fishing Pants are "cut-for comfort" from DuPont "Supplex", the super-nylon that is soft like cotton, flexes right with you, dries rapidly, and "breathes" to keep you cool! It is also remarkably resistant to tearing, punctures and abrasion; and ounce for ounce, is stronger than steel! Fabric is treated with a stain and water resistant finish that won't wash out, so tough stains like fish blood rinse away far more easily than such stains on ordinary fabrics like "stretch" poly-cotton.
