The Aloha Large Mongo lure stems from a design that Norm Isaacs had great success with. Norm had actually modified an old Kona scoop nose to create a straight swimmer. The blunted face causes this shape to swim with a lazy alternating pop. Makes an easy target for all predators. The flat-cut nose style runs well in all sea conditions and handles at high trolling speeds. Also draws savage attacks from Wahoo.
