i love them nice smooth drags very hispeed for jigging very good for circle hook fishing i recommend it for every one to try it :)

I purchased the STTLD30-2SPD Reel and tested it on Albacore. I Loaded it with 40lb Power Pro and topped it off with 20lb mono. And, I paired it up with an Okuma Cedros 50-100lb Jigging rod.
This "little" reel landed (12) Albacore from 15 - 35lb on live bait with very little effort....and really fun! The drag is incredibly strong and very smooth. Everyone on the boat was envious of the "light weight" might-might combo I was using. I plan on purchasing the "50" model when it comes out and the "Big Game" reel also........... All I can say is "get one".......fabulous reel. |
