Support Hook is River2sea’s answer to a variety of rigging choices. Predatory fish will often strike at the head of their intended victim, so the primary purpose was to attach one or two Support Hooks to the front eye of jigs, such as the Sea Rock and Knife metal jigs, to hook fish that were striking ”high“ on a jig. Fishermen have since discovered a multitude of uses for the Support Hook.
